I'm easy going and happy to go with the flow most of the time. I like most things and get along with the majority of people. I'm optimistic and look for the best in others and situations. .... What a peach!!!
Luckily I've had my fair share of bad knocks over the years to also be realistic and become a good judge of character.
I walk my dog and stretch in yoga and in bed in the morning but beyond that feel running and jumping is reserved for times of emergency!
